Terms of Service

Effective date: November 3, 2026
Last updated: November 3, 2026

Welcome. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and OpulenceMindset.com, Inc. They cover your use of scotthaug.com, our related sites and pages (including our sign-up and checkout pages, training.scotthaug.com, and our Skool communities), and all of our free and paid programs, courses, memberships, coaching, events, and certifications (together, the "Services").

Please read them carefully. Section 20 contains an arbitration agreement and class-action waiver that affect how disputes are resolved. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days (see Section 20.7).

1. Who we are

The Services are provided by OpulenceMindset.com, Inc., a Delaware corporation authorized to do business in New York, doing business as "Scott Haug" and "scotthaug.com" ("we," "us," or "our"). "You" means the person using the Services.

Contact: support@scotthaug.com

2. Accepting these Terms

By using the Services, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Earnings Disclaimer, which are part of these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

Program agreements control. Some paid programs, including our mentorship and certification programs (for example, the Healing Guide Program), have their own written program agreement or Terms of Enrollment. If a program agreement conflicts with these Terms, the program agreement controls for that program.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Services. The Services are not directed to children.

4. What our Services are, and what they are not

We offer spiritual, personal-development, and manifestation coaching and education. This includes teachings, guided reflections and visualizations, meditations, journaling and mindset exercises, live coaching calls, community support, and our Conscious Healing Method.

When we use words like "healing," "release," or "transformation," we mean personal and spiritual growth, not the treatment of any medical or mental-health condition.

Our Services are not:

• therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, or psychoanalysis;
• medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis or treatment;
• financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

Scott Haug and our coaches and certified guides are not acting as licensed physicians, psychologists, psychotherapists, mental health counselors, clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists, or financial or legal professionals when they provide the Services. Using the Services does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or other licensed professional relationship.

Please keep working with licensed professionals. If you have, or think you may have, a medical or mental-health condition, talk with a qualified licensed professional. Don't stop or change any treatment or medication because of anything you learn from us.

Not for emergencies. The Services are not a crisis service. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, in the U.S.) or call 911, or your local emergency number outside the U.S.

No substances. We never provide, recommend, or arrange the use of illegal or controlled substances, including plant medicines. Any discussion of personal experiences is personal history, not a recommendation.

Not investment advice. We are not an investment adviser and don't provide personalized financial advice. Talk to qualified financial, tax, and legal professionals before making financial decisions.

5. Emotional and physical well-being: your choices and risks

Some of our content and exercises invite you to pay attention to body sensations, reflect on past experiences (including childhood memories), and use imagination and visualization. These can bring up strong emotions.

By taking part, you agree that:

• You choose whether and how deeply to take part, and you can pause, skip, or stop any exercise at any time.
• You'll stop and seek appropriate help if you feel overwhelmed, unsafe, or unwell.
• Images or memories that come up during imaginative exercises may be symbolic, incomplete, or inaccurate. Don't treat them as factual or rely on them for legal, family, or medical decisions.
• You'll tell us if you are under the care of a mental-health professional or are not in a stable place to do deep personal work, so we can talk about whether a program is a good fit.
• For in-person events and retreats, you'll follow venue and safety instructions and take part within your own physical limits.

You take part voluntarily and accept these risks, to the extent the law allows.

6. No guarantees of results

We share our best teachings and support, but we cannot and do not guarantee any particular result, whether emotional, spiritual, physical, relational, or financial. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your circumstances, effort, background, health, and choices.

7. Earnings disclaimer

Any income, sales, or earnings figures we mention, including Scott's own results and those of clients, are not typical and are not estimates or projections of what you will earn. Most people who buy "how-to" information or coaching, including our programs, earn little or no money from it. Starting or growing a business involves risk, effort, and expense, and you could lose money.

Nothing we say is a promise or guarantee of income. Our full Earnings Disclaimer is part of these Terms.

8. Testimonials

Testimonials and reviews reflect the genuine experiences of the people who gave them. They are not typical, and they are not a promise that you will get the same or similar results. If someone who gives a testimonial received something of value from us, such as free or discounted access, or is a team member, affiliate, or certified guide, we will disclose that connection where required.

9. Purchases, pricing, and payment plans

• Prices. Prices, what's included, and payment terms are shown on the checkout page or in your program agreement. We may change prices for future purchases at any time. Price changes to an existing subscription follow Section 10.
• Payment processing. Payments are processed by third-party processors and platforms, including Stripe, PayPal, Skool, and Kajabi Payments. By paying, you authorize us and our processors to charge your chosen payment method for the amounts you agreed to, plus any applicable taxes.
• Payment plans. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to make every scheduled payment for the full plan, even if you stop using the program, unless your program agreement says otherwise. If a payment fails, we may pause your access until it's resolved. We'll try to contact you, and we'll restore access once the account is current.
• Financing partners. If you choose to finance a purchase through a third-party financing partner, your financing agreement is between you and that partner. Its terms and privacy policy apply, and you still owe the partner even if you stop using the program.
• Accurate billing information. Keep your payment details current, and use only payment methods you are authorized to use.

10. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Some Services, such as our monthly community memberships, are subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel.

Before you subscribe, the checkout page will clearly show:

• what the subscription includes;
• the price and how often you'll be charged;
• that it renews automatically until you cancel;
• the deadline to cancel to avoid the next charge;
• how to cancel.

If an offer includes a free trial, gift, or introductory price, the checkout page will also explain how and when the price changes and what you'll pay after that. We will charge you only after you affirmatively agree to the automatic renewal terms, and we'll send you a confirmation you can keep that repeats those terms and how to cancel.

How to cancel. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period:

• online, in your account or billing settings on the platform where you subscribed (for example, Skool or Kajabi); or
• by emailing support@scotthaug.com with the subject "Cancel."

We'll confirm your cancellation. We won't make cancellation difficult. We may mention a retention offer once, but we will never obstruct or delay your cancellation.

Our other commitments:

• Price changes: we'll give you clear notice 5 to 30 days before any material change to your subscription terms, including a price increase. If we ever charge an increased price without your consent, you can cancel within 14 days after that charge and receive a pro-rated refund for the unused part of the term.
• Annual plans: for plans with an initial term of one year or more that renew for six months or more, we'll send a reminder 15 to 45 days before the cancellation deadline.
• Free trials longer than one month: we'll remind you 3 to 21 days before the cancellation deadline for the first paid period.

These commitments follow New York's automatic renewal law (N.Y. General Business Law §§527 and 527-a) and the federal Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (15 U.S.C. §8403).

Program renewals. If a paid program converts to a monthly membership when its term ends, your program agreement and checkout page will say so, and the same disclosure and cancellation rights apply.

11. No refunds

All sales are final. We have a strict no-refund policy. All payments for memberships, subscriptions, courses, digital products, coaching, programs, certifications, and events are non-refundable, in whole or in part, once your purchase is complete, including if you stop using the Services, miss sessions, or don't complete a program.

• Subscriptions: you can cancel at any time to stop future charges (see Section 10). Cancelling does not refund any amount already charged, and you keep access until the end of the billing period you paid for.
• Payment plans: your payment plan obligations continue as described in Section 9 and your program agreement, even if you stop using the program.
• Required by law: the only exception is a refund the law requires, such as the pro-rated refund described in Section 10 if we ever charge an increased subscription price without your consent.

12. Billing disputes and chargebacks

If you think you were charged in error, please email support@scotthaug.com first. Most billing questions can be resolved quickly, and we will promptly correct any mistake.

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, we may pause access to the related Services while it's pending, and we may share relevant transaction and access records with the payment processor or your bank to respond. If a chargeback is filed for a charge you authorized and received Services for, you remain responsible for the amount owed.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act or other laws protecting cardholders.

13. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Your account is for you alone. Don't share your login or give others access to paid content. Tell us right away at support@scotthaug.com if you think your account has been used without permission. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

14. Community guidelines

Our communities work because members feel safe. When you take part in our communities, calls, comments, or events, you agree to:

• Protect others' privacy. Don't record, screenshot, share, or repeat another member's personal story, identity, or private information outside the group without their permission.
• Be kind. No harassment, hate, bullying, threats, sexual content, or discrimination.
• Stay in your lane. Don't give other members medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and don't diagnose anyone. Share your own experience instead.
• Don't solicit. Don't sell, recruit, or pitch other members, or collect their contact details for marketing, without our written permission.
• Be honest. Don't impersonate anyone or misrepresent your credentials, including claiming a license or certification you don't hold.
• Keep it lawful and clean. Don't post anything illegal or infringing, or anything containing malware, spam, or advertising.
• Respect the platform. Don't hack, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Services or the platforms they run on.
• Get help in a crisis. If you're in crisis, contact 988 or 911 rather than posting in the community, and let us know if you see a post suggesting someone is at risk.

We may remove content, pause or end access, or remove members who break these guidelines, without a refund. We're not required to monitor everything that is posted, and we're not responsible for what other members say. Members' opinions are their own.

15. Recordings and media

• 1-on-1 sessions are always recorded. We tell you this when you enroll and again before your sessions. Your 1-on-1 recordings are used to deliver and support your coaching, for quality and internal training, and for safety and record-keeping.
• Group calls. Group coaching, training, and certification calls may also be recorded and transcribed, and we'll tell you before they are. Group recordings may be shared with authorized participants in that program.
• AI tools. We use AI-powered note-taking and transcription tools that process call audio on our behalf.
• Publishing only with your separate signed release. We will never publish your name, image, voice, story, testimonial, or any part of your 1-on-1 recordings in public content or marketing unless you sign a separate written or electronic release for that specific use. 1-on-1 recordings are never shown to other members or the public without that release. You can withdraw a release for future use at any time by emailing us, and we'll remove the content from our own channels promptly, and within 14 days.
• Your recordings of us. Please don't record, download, or share our calls or materials without our written permission.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle recordings and the personal information in them.

16. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post or submit, such as comments, posts, questions, and worksheets ("Your Content"). You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, display, and share Your Content within the Services as needed to run them (for example, showing your post to the community), for as long as it stays on the Services.

We will not use Your Content in public marketing, ads, or social media in a way that identifies you without your separate permission. That permission can be given by a signed release, or by your choosing to submit a public testimonial for that purpose.

You confirm that you have the right to share Your Content and that it doesn't violate anyone else's rights. If you share ideas or suggestions about the Services, we may use them freely without paying you.

17. Our intellectual property

The Services and everything in them are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. This includes:

• the Conscious Healing Method;
• the Manifestation Accelerator, the Healing Accelerator, the Healing Guide Program, the Certified Manifestation Coach program, and our 5 Step System;
• course videos, audios, worksheets, scripts, templates, recordings, and community content created by us;
• our names, logos, and branding.

When you buy access, we give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the materials for your own personal growth while your access lasts. Unless you have a separate written license (such as a certification agreement), you may not:

• copy, download (except where we offer downloads), share, resell, or publish our materials;
• teach, train, or certify others in our methods, or offer our methods as a service, including the Conscious Healing Method;
• create courses, products, or programs based on or derived from our materials;
• use our trademarks, or imply that we endorse you;
• feed our materials into AI tools to recreate them, or frame or scrape the Services.

Certified guides. Completing a certification lets you use specific materials only as allowed in your certification agreement. Certification is a private training credential, not a government license. It does not authorize anyone to practice psychotherapy, counseling, medicine, or any other licensed profession.

Copyright complaints. If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, email support@scotthaug.com with the information required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)). That information is:

• your signature;
• the work you believe is infringed;
• the material you believe infringes it, and where it is located;
• your contact information;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

18. Third-party platforms and links

Parts of the Services run on, or link to, third-party platforms and tools, including Skool, Kajabi, ClickFunnels, Zoom, Google Meet, YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, and our payment processors and financing partners. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We're not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and an outage or change on a third-party platform is not a breach of these Terms by us. We'll do our best to help if a platform issue affects your access.

19. Disclaimers, limits on liability, and indemnity

19.1 Disclaimer. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in this section limits the specific commitments we make in these Terms, such as the cancellation, refund, and recording commitments.

19.2 Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows:

• (a) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data;
• (b) our total liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or US$100.

19.3 What these limits don't cover. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for our fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where the law doesn't allow it to be limited. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

19.4 Indemnity. You agree to defend and reimburse us, and our officers, employees, and contractors, for third-party claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from:

• your breach of these Terms;
• Your Content;
• your misuse of the Services;
• if you are a certified guide or otherwise work with your own clients, your services to them.

This does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by our own wrongdoing.

20. Resolving disputes: arbitration and class-action waiver

20.1 Talk to us first. Before starting any formal claim, email support@scotthaug.com with a description of the problem and what you'd like us to do. We'll do the same if we have a claim against you. Both sides agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days. Any deadline for filing a claim is paused during those 30 days.

20.2 Binding individual arbitration. If we can't resolve it, you and we agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, instead of in court. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §1 et seq.). The arbitrator decides all questions about the scope, validity, and enforceability of this Section 20, except as stated in Section 20.6.

20.3 Where and how. Hearings will be held by video conference unless the arbitrator decides an in-person hearing is needed. Any in-person hearing will be held in Monroe County, New York, or in the county where you live if you prefer. Claims may also be decided on written submissions if both sides agree.

20.4 Fees. You pay no more than the consumer filing fee allowed under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules' fee schedule. We will pay all other AAA administrative fees and the arbitrator's compensation. If you show that you can't afford the consumer filing fee, we'll pay it. Each side pays its own lawyers' fees, unless the arbitrator awards them under applicable law.

20.5 Exceptions. Either side may:

• bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies;
• seek a court order to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property or confidential information.

20.6 Class-action waiver. You and we may bring claims only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action, and the arbitrator may not combine more than one person's claims. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim must be decided in court, not in arbitration. If 25 or more similar claims are filed by the same or coordinated counsel, the AAA's Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules apply, and the claims may be resolved in batches.

20.7 Your right to opt out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@scotthaug.com within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. Use the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" and include your name and the email address on your account. Opting out won't affect anything else in these Terms or our relationship.

20.8 Courts. For any dispute that is not arbitrated, you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Monroe County, New York, except that you may bring a small-claims case in your home county. To the extent the law allows, both sides waive the right to a jury trial in any court case.

20.9 Changes. If we make a material change to this Section 20, you may reject it by emailing us within 30 days of the change, and the previous version will continue to apply to you.

21. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and by the Federal Arbitration Act for Section 20. This choice of law does not take away any protection you have under the consumer protection laws of the state where you live that cannot be waived by agreement.

22. Ending access

You may stop using the Services at any time and cancel subscriptions as described in Section 10. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms or a program agreement, fail to pay, or create risk or legal exposure for us or other members. Where practical, we'll give you notice and a chance to fix the problem first.

Sections that by their nature should continue (including payment obligations, Your Content license, intellectual property, disclaimers and limits, indemnity, and dispute resolution) survive termination.

23. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we'll notify you by email or a notice on the Services at least 14 days before it takes effect, unless the change is required by law sooner. Changes don't apply retroactively, and they don't apply to disputes that arose before the change. If you don't agree to a change, you can stop using the Services and cancel any subscription before it takes effect.

24. Electronic communications and notices

You agree to receive agreements, disclosures, notices, and other communications from us electronically, including by email to the address on your account and by posting on the Services. Electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing. Notices to us must be sent by email to support@scotthaug.com. Keep your email address up to date.

25. General terms

• Entire agreement. These Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Earnings Disclaimer, and any program agreement or checkout terms that apply to you are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. If they conflict, the order of priority is your program agreement, then the checkout terms, then these Terms.
• Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent allowed, and the rest stays in effect.
• Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or access under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or to a successor in a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business, with notice to you.
• No waiver. If we don't enforce a provision right away, we haven't waived our right to enforce it later.
• Events outside our control. We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as platform outages, illness, natural disasters, or internet failures. We'll reschedule or provide a reasonable alternative where we can.
• Relationship. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and us.
